Ingredients:
- 1 – Apex Keto’s Simple 3-2-1 Pizza Crust
- 250g – WMLM Mozzarella Cheese (Approx: 2.5 Cups Shredded)
- 90g – Aldi’s Rosso Pesto Sauce (Approx: 3oz)
- 60g – Galileo’s Sliced Pepperoni (Approx: 2oz)
- 60g – Aldi’s Sliced Hard Salami (Approx: 2oz)
- 60g – Black Olives (Approx: 2oz)

Preparation:
- Preheat Oven To 450°F
- Shred Mozzarella Cheese
- Slice Olives
(Note: If Using Deli Style Meats, You May Want To Cut Into Smaller Pieces)
Assembly:
- Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and lightly oil with EVOO
- Spread Rosso Pesto Sauce evenly over crust using the back of a spoon or spatula
- Add the shredded Mozzarella Cheese to cover
- Evenly distribute the Pepperoni, Hard Salami and Olives.
Final Cooking:
- Place the pizza in an oven that has been Preheated to 450°F
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and delicious
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into 8 slices
